| J11125 Flying Officer (No. 458 Squadron RAAF wireless air gunner) Arthur Robert Pagan (b.1922) of Saskatoon was KIA 19430715 and is commemorated on the Malta Memorial, Valetta, for airmen from the Mediterranean theatre who died with no known grave. Pagan's Wellington was lost northeast of Sardinia during a bombing raid. He was the son of Robert and Cecila Mary (Jordan) Pagan, both English. Arthur attended North Park, Wilson and Caswell schools as well as Bedford Road collegiate and Saskatoon Tech. He was driving truck for Northern Distributors when he enlisted at Saskatoon in 1941.
