Narrative history
  J22410 Flying Officer (No. 408 Goose Squadron RCAF bomb aimer) Michael Edmund Marynowski (b.1915) of Paynton was KIA 19431216 and is buried at Stonefall cemetery, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, England. Marynowski's Lancaster crashed at Hawnby outward bound on a raid on Berlin. He was the son of Joseph and Irene (Zamellinski) Marynowski who homesteaded NE14-44-8-W3 on the north side of Krydor before moving to Paynton. Michael was educated at both communities and farmed for several years. He was working at a sawmill at Foleyet, Sudbury district, Ontario, when he enlisted at Ottawa in 1938.
