Editor find and replace feature

There are times when you enter a lot of text that you find that you would like to change all occurrences of a word or phrase in you content. With the Find and Replace feature, you can do this easily.

Clicking on the Find button or the Find and Replace button will display a search and replace dialog. If you only want to find text, you can click on the Find tab. Type in the text you want to search for in the Find What text box. You can choose to search up or down in the content from your current position and you can check the box to Match Case. Click on the Find Next button to go to the next occurrence of the Find What text.

If you want to replace text, click on the Replace tab. As with Find, type in the search text in the Find What text box, select a direction and whether or not you want to Match Case. You can type in your replacement text in the Replace With text box. Click the Find Next to go to the next occurrence of the search text. Click the Replace button to swap the current occurrence of the Find What text text for the Replace With text. Click the Replace All button to change all occurrences of the Find What text for the Replace With text.
