| L106482 Trooper (British Columbia Regiment gunner operator) Arnold Franklin Lundquist (b.1924) of Garrick died 19450622 at Saskatoon City hospital of hepatitis and is buried at Woodlawn cemetery, Nipawin. Lundquist was wounded at the front in August 1944 and spent time in Stalag 8C POW camp before being repatriated eight months later. He was the son of Emil Gustav and Ragna Margaret Lundquist. Arnold was born at Sheho and was farming with his family when he enlisted at Regina in 1943. |
