Narrative history
  L84599 Private (Saskatoon Light Infantry) Lloyd Charles Logan (b.1923) of Valor died 19450721 and is buried at Groesbeek Canadian war cemetery near Nijmegen, Gelderland, Netherlands. Logan was killed when the motorcycle he was riding ploughed into a car that was, in the opinion of the Canadian court of inquiry, being negligently operated by a Dutch serviceman. He was the son of Robert Aylmer and Augusta Alice Logan who came from Ontario to homestead NW30-8-1-W3 northwest of Assiniboia. Lloyd was farming with his family when he enlisted at Moose Jaw early in 1942.
