Narrative history
  L55301 Corporal (Royal Canadian Electrical & Mechanical Engineers electrician) Harvey James Liddle (b.1921) of Moose Jaw died 19441224 and is buried at Bergen op Zoom Canadian war cemetery, Noord-Brabant, Netherlands. Liddle was killed in a vehicle collision near Turnhout. He was the son of Robert Sargent and Minnie Alice Liddle who homesteaded at Goodwater, and left a wife Mary Grace and son at Regina, later at Vancouver. Harvey was born at Colgate and was a butcher at McBride's when he enlisted at Regina in 1941. His brothers Ross and Walter served overseas with the Army and RCAF respectively.
