Narrative history
  H9108 Private (No. 10 Vocational Training School) Edward Louis Kornash (b.1920) of North Battleford, where he is buried, died 19440506. Kornash was on leave from his internship program at St-Boniface hospital to visit his ailing mother when he fractured his skull on falling from a bicycle that had defective brakes. He was the only child of Louis and Mary Kornash. Edward was a pre-med student at the University of Manitoba when he enlisted at Winnipeg in 1943.
