| H17760 Private (Canadian Scottish Regiment) Soloman Kline (b.1910) of Ituna was KIA 19440708 at Cussy near Caen and is buried at Bény-sur-Mer Canadian war cemetery, Reviers, France. He was the son of Modest Kline. Soloman was born at Jasmin and farmed in the Métis settlement of St. Joseph de Dauphinais southwest of Ituna. He enlisted at Portage la Prairie late in 1941 and left a wife Elizabeth and four children: Alice, Annie, Robert and William. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
