Narrative history
  J94221 Pilot Officer (No. 429 Bison Squadron RCAF flight engineer) Wolodemir (Walter) Fedorchuk (b.1924) of Insinger was KIA 19450215 and is buried at Palsjo municipal cemetery, Halsingborg, Sweden. Fedorchuk's Halifax crashed in the Baltic Sea off Sweden during a night mine laying operation south of Copenhagen, Denmark. He was the son of Dmytro E. and Lemeria (Lysak) Fedorchuk, Ukrainians who farmed southwest of Insinger (they are called Math. and Lily on his attestation). Walter was educated at Yemen, Insinger and Sheho schools and worked as a store clerk before enlisting at Regina late in 1942.
