Narrative history
  L13584 Private (South Saskatchewan Regiment) (William) Wade Davison (b.1920) of Carmichael was KIA 19420819 at Dieppe and is buried at Dunkerque town cemetery, Nord, France. He was the son of (William) John and Veryle Elizabeth Davison who came from Kincardine, Bruce Co., Ontario, to homestead SW10-13-20-W3 just north of Carmichael and west of Gull Lake in 1908. Wade farmed before enlisting at Regina early in 1941 and left a wife Elizabeth Margaret Edith (Downs) and a daughter Sharlene Veryle at Webb.
