Narrative history
  Lieutenant (Regina Rifles) Norman Cyril Bulmer (b.1920) of Regina was KIA 19440718 during the crossing of the Orne at Caen and is buried at Bény-sur-Mer Canadian war cemetery near Reviers, Calvados, France. Norman was the son of W.W. and Elizabeth Bulmer. He was born at Brandon, graduated from Central collegiate, and was working for Canada Packers at St. Boniface, Manitoba, when he returned to Regina to enlist (L22010) early in 1940.
