Narrative history
  J22810 Flying Officer (No. 432 Leaside Squadron RCAF Wellington navigator) George Raymond Bousfield (b.1920) of Ceylon was KIA 19430704 over Cologne and is buried at Mauberge-Centre cemetery, Nord, France. He was the son of John Herbert (Bert) and Evelyn Myrtle (Mason) Bousfield who came from Jarvis, Haldimand Co., Ontario, to homestead NW34-6-20-W2 north of Ceylon in 1906. George attended Trail school and Ceylon high and farmed with his family before enlisting at Regina early in 1941. His brother Orville also served in the RCAF.
