| R61378 Aircraftman 1 (RCAF aero engine mechanic) Roderick James Joseph Boll (b.1911) of Viceroy, where he is buried, died 19401225. Boll died of a coronary thrombosis at No. 3 Service Flying Training School, Claresholm, Alberta. He was the son of John and Winifred Catherin (Gable) Boll who homesteaded NE18-5-24-W2 midway between Viceroy and Bengough. Roderick was born at Weyburn and was working as a mechanic when he enlisted at Regina seven months before his death. |
