Narrative history
R115650 Flight Sergeant (No. 464 Squadron RAAF navigator) Eloi Joseph Emile Beaudry (b.1923) of Cut Knife died 19430818 and is buried at Blacon cemetery, Chester, Cheshire, England. Beaudry's Ventura crashed at Lake Flynnon, Caernarvonshire, Wales, during a night flying exercise. He was the son of Mandoza and Augustine (Forest) Beaudry who came from St-Alexis, Montcalm Co., Québec. Born at Cut Knife and raised on a farm at SE12-43-23-W3, Eloi attended Vance and Dufferin schools and enlisted at Saskatoon straight out of high school. Beaudry's first names have been hopelessly mangled in many records, apparently he was Elmer to his confreres.
