  L93693 Private (Canadian Scottish Regiment) John Allen Addie (b.1922) of Regina was KIA 19440621 and is buried at Bény-sur-Mer Canadian war cemetery near Reviers, Calvados, France. He was the son of William Stevenson and Maude (Donaldson) Addie. John was born at Colfax, was a graduate of Scott collegiate and was working as a clerk for Western Groceries (wholesale grocers) when he enlisted at Regina in 1942.
