Narrative history
  R176365 Leading Aircraftman (RCAF pilot) John Elias Zora (b.1922) of Regina died 19430705 and is buried in the soldiers' plot at Regina cemetery. Zora's Cessna Crane was in a midair collision with another near Mehan on a night training flight from No. 11 Service Flying Training School, Yorkton. He was the son of John and Mary (Bancescu) Zora who came from Romania. John Jr. was educated at Victoria Plains school and Balfour Tech and was farming with his family when he enlisted at Regina in 1942.
