Narrative history
  L100000 Sergeant (Algonquin Regiment) Marquis De Myers (b.1916) of Regina was KIA 19440910 and is buried at Adegem Canadian war cemetery, Oost-Vlaanderen, Belgium. Marquis left a wife Eldene Vernice later of Wawota. Marquis was a salesman for Maytag for five years but was a freezerman for Burns & Co. when he enlisted at Regna early in 1942.

Brother of JG Myers. They were the sons of William Henry and Charlotte Myers who homesteaded SW24-28-8-W2 west of Theodore, later settling at Regina. Both boys were born at Prince Albert and attended Balfour Tech at Regina.
