Narrative history
  J5672 Pilot Officer (No. 415 Swordfish Squadron RCAF pilot) (Joseph) Roy Hebert (b.1921) of Regina was KIA 19420313 and is buried at St. Nicholas churchyard extension, West Thorney, West Sussex, England. Hebert's Hampden crashed during an anti-submarine patrol off Sussex. He was the son of Joseph Lawrence and Pauline Marie (Roy) Hebert and was born at Fort Frances, Rainy River district, Ontario. Roy was a graduate of Sacred Heart and Balfour schools and was working as a deliveryman and a butcher for Safeway when he enlisted at Regina late in 1940.
