  R94770 Sergeant (No. 102 Squadron RAF wireless air gunner) Charles Herbert Leslie (Charlie) Bell (b.1921) of Regina was KIA 19420910 and is buried at Vlissingen Northern cemetery, Zeeland, Netherlands. Bell's Wellington was downed by enemy action. He was the son of William Herbert and Florence Kate (Child) Bell. Charlie studied mechanics at Balfour Tech and was a truck driver when he enlisted at Regina early in 1941.
