  542242 Private (28th Battalion, Saskatchewan Regiment) Raynor Wright MM (b.1886) of Marieton was KIA 19181011 at Iwuy and is buried at Niagara cemetery, Iwuy northeast of Cambrai, Nord, France. He was the son of Joseph Henry and Ellen Wright who came from Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, England, to homestead NE26-22-23-W2 southwest of Bulyea. Raynor was a steam engineer when he enlisted at Regina late in 1916, leaving a fiancee Daisy Hett at Marieton.
