Narrative history
  268018 Private (5th Battalion, Saskatchewan Regiment) Louis Euchariste Touchet (b.1891) of Falher, Alberta, was KIA 19180901 on the Drocourt-Quéant line and is buried at Upton Wood cemetery, Hendecourt-les-Cagnicourt southeast of Arras, Pas-de-Calais, France. He was the son of Philomène Touchet of Sherbrooke-Est, MRC Sherbrookoise, Québec. Louis homesteaded in Alberta's Peace River country before enlisting at Saskatoon in 1916.
